Washing Machine RepaiIt was certainly refreshing to deal with two representatives such as Melvin and Rick. They were fast, efficient, courteous and most definitely very cooperative and helpful. They certainly went "above and beyond", so far as to talk to the Electrolux representative to assist in establishing the need for parts. That's true customer support! The fact that it will take approximately a week, or longer, to complete the repairs is in no way their fault. Suffice it to say that these two employees will be a great asset in growing your list of satisfied customers. Thanks again, to Melvin and Rick, and to your company.
Excellent and PromptI found this location by Google search and was hesitant to drop off my TV. I was glad I did. The technician was very friendly and provided excellent customer service and offered a quick turn around as promised. I would highly recommend to friends and family for any repair or installation services. I appreciate a business that still believes in offering that personalized unique customer service.
